![]() Valve Train Components by Kibblewhite, Vesrah & Wiseco Look for your valve train components -> Kibblewhite Precision Machining Inc (KPMI) is known for performance powersports valve train components. The family-owned California company has been designing and manufacturing race proven & street-tough valve train components since 1938. We carry all of their products:
White Diamond ® Valves are fully CNC machined from a one-piece forging of either EV8 Stainless Steel or Inconel-751. These materials have proven heat and corrosion resistance properties and are hard chromed with a 360 degree anode to produce the highest possible grade of hard chrome finish. TENSILITE ® Valves are manufactured from solid U.S. milled titanium bar. The titanium bar is cut, forged and then the stem is pulled from the forging process and cross-sectionally reduced. After all final grinding and machining the valve is encased in a hard titanium nitride shell. We have tested these valves in the lab and on the track. They have proven themselves time after time in many high-demand applications, from a dual stage nitrous motor to a recent “Superbike from Hell”. C63000 Nickel Bronze Guides utilize C63000 nickel bronze as a material to make valve guides because of its ideal characteristics for the application. The 4-5 percent nickel content produces superior resistance to wear, and the approximately 80 percent copper content delivers outstanding heat conductivity. Cast Iron Valve Guides are made using their own specification of cast iron made exclusively for them. They specify elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, chromium, copper and sulfur to produce a highly pearlitic structure with dense fine grains for excellent wear resistance.
